FAQ & Studio Supplies — Gulfsprite Studios

Question 1

What skill level do I need to join a class?

Accepted Answer

All skill levels are welcome! Whether you're picking up a brush for the first time or looking to deepen an existing practice, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Each listing notes whether it's beginner-friendly, intermediate, or open to all levels.

Question 2

What supplies do I need for class?

Accepted Answer

Supply lists are included on each class page. For in-person workshops, most materials are provided unless otherwise noted. For online classes, you'll receive a downloadable supply list after enrollment so you can gather what you need before we begin.

Question 3

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Accepted Answer

We offer full refunds up to 7 days before a class begins. Within 7 days, you're welcome to transfer your spot to a future session of the same class. Please reach out to info@gulfspritestudios.com and we'll take care of you.

Question 4

Are classes available online or only in person?

Accepted Answer

We offer both! Some workshops are held in our Gulf Coast studio, while others are fully online via video. Each class listing clearly indicates the format. Online classes include lifetime access to the recorded session.

Question 5

What kinds of products do you sell?

Accepted Answer

The Gulfsprite shop carries hand-cut stencils, original paintings, limited art prints, and digital downloads including printable journals, pattern sheets, and class workbooks. New items drop regularly — follow us on social or join the newsletter to stay in the loop.

Question 6

How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We ship to most countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Question 8

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Because our products are handmade and made-to-order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Digital downloads are non-refundable.
